Most of the stuff from funimation is already available through Zinc.
Hulu http://www.hulu.com/network/funimation
Youtube http://www.youtube.com/show?p=LzR-37XpF-I
joost http://www.hulu.com/network/funimation

You just need to do a little legwork.
Go to the Youtube section of Zinc and do a search "name of the show" "Funimation"
You have to include the "Funimation" or else you're going results from other Youtube users.
Then once you get the results, save that search to you're favorites.

For youtube it's a lot easier since you can browse for the show and add it to your favorites.

For joost it's a little more complicated. There is a joost feed available already in Zinc's "More Content" section but it's missing a lot of shows. (MTV, Funimation, WB just to name a couple). There are some of Funimation's shows in the feed but no all of them. Once the feed includes all of the content available we will be able to add the show to the favorites list just like Hulu.

Following the above steps you'll get about 90% of the content available at Funimation's official website.

When Zinc's Favorites section gets reworked we'll be able to put all of the Funimation shows in their own "FUNIMATION" category.

You'll find that some of the shows are available at the 3 sites. I would go for Hulu as you can get the higher quality video there. Then Youtube since they have HQ video available.(although I haven't compared the 2 head to head quality wise) and lastly Joost once the feed gets updated with the shows not available on Hulu of Youtube..
