netflix login trouble

I have been unable to log in to netflix. I don't believe netflix has ever worked for me under zinc. I am using the right name and password, netflix works fine under boxee, plex, wii, xbox360, mac OSX, etc. I am running zinc on a mac mini using OSX leopard.
I have re-installed zinc after deleting application support and profile files--still does not work. Any suggestions??

I don't use Netflix - how can I remove it from the menu so I don't have to continually look at their movies in menu list of available choices?

In the current release you can filter out Amazon, but cannot filter Netflix. In the next generation release filtering per provider will be a retained user setting.
