zinc opens a IE browser blank page

After installing the Windows version and starting up zinc it loads a IE browser window. I have uninstalled and reinstall several times.

and this icon launches IE? Or it launches zinc and then the account signup page invokes IE?

Actually this is a firefox browser.
This link launches a browser that has the name "ZeeVee Zinc" in the upper left corner along with the zinc logo. If I open help and then there is a link "about ZeeVee Zinc" that opens to shows a Firefox logo with the name
Firefox is my default browser.

Could you check that you have all 4 zinc extensions installed? They are all bundled in one package, so I'm puzzled as to how you can end up with 3 out of 4 installed, but that seems to be the problem here.
Go to tools...add-ons and switch to the extensions tabs.

I have system 7 on my laptop and desktop. Laptop download works without any problem. desktop gives me a blank page. I turned off avg thinking that might be problem. No help. Add ons are no where to be found.

It immediately loads IE or it loads IE when you try to sign up for an account? The link to sign up for an account will use your default browser.
Could you right click the icon and look at its properties? Is the program something like
C:\program files\ZeeVee\ZeeVee\zv.exe
