Zinc on Linux

i am using ultimate 2.5 64bit which is a ubuntu distro and zinc tv works almost 100 percent i installed the exe by right clicking and selecting the wine windows program loader then using wine-doors installed the fonts then a reboot and all seems pretty darn good.
not all will work but most does just fine.
hope this helps somebodyi will try it on 32bit also see if there are any differences.

On Linux, wouldn't it be better to just install the Firefox addon?

i know its kinda late for a reply but to those that dont know the firefox addon is for windows based not linux based firefox so it does not install.
but using playon for linux to install the correct fonts then Zinc works fine.
